Rate a Recruiter
Three rules to live by when rating:
The “It’s Not You, It’s Us” Rule: Remember, not every candidate can be a match made in heaven. If a recruiter sends you packing, don’t take it personally—just rate how well they managed the engagement.
The “No Drama, Just Facts” Rule: Leave the soap opera out of it. Rate them based on their professionalism and responsiveness.
The “Feedback Is a Gift” Rule: If you get constructive feedback (even if it stings a bit), don’t roast recruiter! Instead, rate them based on how helpful the feedback was—because we all know that sugarcoated advice is about as useful as a chocolate teapot.
