Reviews are the honest feedback of our community based on their interaction with you. We do not change ratings based on your wishes just like you don't offer jobs based on a candidate's wishes.
Since our reviews are based on pretty straightforward criteria: we encourage you to look at deficiencies areas where you can improve.
-
Because HR personnel, recruiters, and scammers rely heavily on LinkedIn for outreach, we've tied reviews to individual's profiles so that our community can quickly identify scammers and those most likely to waste their time.

For applications: HR departments force candidates to copy and paste their resume into endless forms, they have artificial intelligence bots to sort through resumes: you mean there's no way to automate an email that says "sorry, we're going forward with another candidate?"
For interviews: If you took the time to interview someone--whether it's a phone screen or final interview--you owe them the courtesy of reaching out, even if it's an email, and saying you're not moving forward with that candidate.

By selling anonymously written letters that are sent by us to a recruiter/HR Rep. of choice (you have to complete a review for this option-to-purchase to pop up). We also sell advertising. We do not sell the data of those who submit reviews.
